Eligible Refunds

Orders may be refunded when processing has not started, delivery is unavailable, or admin review confirms cancellation.

Non-refundable Cases

Completed orders, incorrect user-provided information, or services already in progress are usually not refundable.

Processing Method

Refunds are recorded in the account ledger. Users may submit withdrawal requests from the account page.
